Strategist at the Elderly Care Administration in the City of Stockholm.



Strategist at the Elderly Care Administration in the City of Stockholm, an organization that have the responsibility for developing elderly care in the area. My major task at work is to provide education for those 11000 employees that work in elderly care. That includes education in Swedish and basic care and medicine to international projects together with Academia in Sweden and in the European Union. I am a member of the Scandinavian board in the project EIT Health and also member of the Scandinavian education committee within EIT Health with responsible for executive education. I have experience as a manager for elderly care and care for people with disabilities for more than 20 years. As a Strategist I work with the future challenges in elderly care like raise the level of competence in care and make the work attractive in order to recruit more employees.
