Trevor is a Global Consultant at Home Instead Senior Care and Chair of the United Kingdom Homecare Association.
Trevor’s experience of poor care for his grandfather was the driving force that led him to start his career in home care. In 2005 he brought Home Instead Senior Care to the UK, along with wife Sam, having seen first-hand the need for a pioneering approach of person-centred care and companionship in the UK.
After successfully opening the first Home Instead franchise in the UK, Trevor and Sam built a thriving network of Home Instead offices bringing relationship-led care to over 8,000 older people. Having now restored ownership of Home Instead UK to original co-founders, Paul and Lori Hogan, Trevor now focuses on influencing policies in social care that will benefit the lives of older people and contributing to Home Instead’s global mission to change the face of ageing.
Home Instead Senior Care has 130 franchise territories available across the UK as well as territory resale opportunities. To find out more visit https://www.homeinstead.co.uk/franchise/
